Connect PhonakLink II

I need help connecting my PhonakLink II to my LG 42LN5300. I followed the directions from PhonakLink but doesn't produce sound in the hearing aids. I connected the Optical Digital cable on TV to PhonakLink II. But nothing! Help!!

Check the TV owners manual on how to use the optical audio output. You may have to turn it on, turn the TV speakers off, and change the audio output type to get it working,
