Connect phone with dongle on PC

Hi,I'm currently using a Tata Photon+ dongle on my laptop. I wanted to share its internet with my phone as well. Could anyone please suggest me what should I do?

Setup Internet Connection Sharing on the laptop, connect the phone to that signal. You will need to create an Ad Hock WiFi connection on the laptop and connect the phone to that.
