Connect RJ 32 (electricitymeter) to router (RJ 45)

Hello,
I like to read my smart electricitymeter on my computer. The meter has a RJ 32 connection and I like to connect it with my router (RJ 45 connection)

Is this possible?

It depends what type of signals are on that RJ-32 connector.
