We have a Samsung un55mu8000 telly. It's connected to our wireless network (5GHz). We have a lot of video content on a NAS that is connected to the wireless router via an ethernet cable. We haven't figured out how connect to the NAS with the UN55 to view the video content. We'd appreciate any help in achieving this connection.

Solution
You need to install "media server" application in your NAS. It might depend on NAS brand, but on Synology when Media Server is installed, three "folders" are automatically created (for music, photos and for videos). Media server will only work on these three folders (send it's content to clients).
And of course, you need to activate wireless access on your TV. After that you can choose your NAS (as input) on TV.
