connect several computers to a switch but only one has internet access

I have several PCs, a switch and a single internet port in the wall. I want to connect all PCs to the switch so they see each other but I want only one PC to have access to internet the reason being: if more than one PC tries to access the internet, the socket will block!
Is this possible assuming there is only one network card per PC?
OS is Linux.

Longer answer, don't know until you disclose what exactly situation you are in? Are u in a dorm? So you don't have control over this LAN? you are not the the admin? Full disclosure for more possible answers.
