Connect Soundbar to both the Smart TV and Alexa?

I bought this soundbar

1) It says it can connect to Bluetooth, but can I make it so it plays audio from my TV AND from my Alexa device?

2) Or is it easy enough to quickly switch between the two?

3) What if I use the optical cable to connect to the TV and then connect to Alexa through Bluetooth?

3 is the right way to connect it, then see what you need to do to switch inputs in the manual, if you need to. It may just play on bluetooth without needed to chance inputs.
