Not without significant effort on your part. First the router will need to be loaded with third party firmware like dd-wrt. Only certain hardware revisions of your router can load dd-wrt. Next you would need to configure it as a client bridge or maybe a repeater. To get it function as a repeater the t-mobile device must support WDS.

So you have some learning ahead of you.
