Connect tablet to a PC via hdmi

I want to get a signal from the my AsusFHD10 to windows7_64 pc via hdmi port.
Can it ever? Or it works only with tv sets? Or it needs some special software?
I can't find any info how is done, if possible.
Does anyone have advice?

HDMI plugs can only either receive or transmit a signal, so no. the only way you could get a HDMI in on your computer is if you have a capture card installed in it that supports HDMI.
