Connect two audio devices to MSI Z97 Gaming 5?

currently have my studio headphones plugged into my motherboard's red output. However I'd like to switch to my speakers once in a while, but the rest of the outputs won't work.

I have an AUX divider but the audio quality suffers greatly from it.
What could I do, if not buy a new soundcard?

Should be options to do that in your Audio Control panel that should have been installed with your drivers.
Did you install the audio driver's from the CD that came with the motherboard?

One output at a time. Can have headphones and speakers both plugged in but have to set one as default and switch as necessary.
