Connected, but no Internet.

Hello. I just bought a new Windows 10 laptop and there's a problem, i'm able to connect to the router but when i open any internet related program, it's shows " No Connection ". All the other laptops in the house works except for mine, my location should be fine cause there's another user beside me and he can access the Internet. So what are the possible problem???

can you post the result of running "ipconfig /all" from a command prompt please.

Have you tried restarting the router/laptop? Even though other machines are connected and working I would still try this.

And yes as nigelivey said, please could you run "ipconfig /all" from command prompt and post the results.
