Connected but No Internet

So this morning i was installing some games from cd. Usually after i installed something i scan my pc with windows defender. It managed to find a malware with high risk so i removed it without reading. But soon i found that its not my game that is removed,the game works perfectly. Then i downloaded comodo internet security for some reasons last week. i decided to uninstall it so i used the Programs and Features to uninstall it. After that it told me to restart my computer so i did. But after restarting i found that i have no access to the internet while my phone and my tv can use the internet. The internet setting at the notification center shows that im both connected to the internet(cable and wifi) but both shows No Internet. I uninstalled the drivers but no luck. I think theres might be 2 reasons caused this issue,i removed something important with windows defender or comodo internet security is messing with my pc. Any solution for this?

open command prompt as administrator and run this command

netsh int ip reset

reboot your PC and let us know how it went
