Question connected but no internet

this problem is not normal
i can connect to the internet if i connect the wan cable directly to the computer

by setting up internet connection in network & sharing center


by inserting username & password for the 1st time & then connecting by the network icon on the task bar of the desktop afterwards (pppoe)


but

if i connect my wan cable to a wifi router ,

then setup the router by same user name password

i am able to connect to wifi via smart phone

but unable to access internet
if i use a lan cable to connect my router with my computer
i have tried


reset the network


uninstall & reinstall the driver

ping test


but the network icon on the bottom right corner of the desktop still shows connected but no internet


can some one help please

Are you able to run and post the results of "ipconfig /all" (without quotes) via the Command Prompt?
