Hello guys, i am desperate for your help please.

I have a Panasonic Viera Plasma TV, the model number is TH-37PX70BA, and it has had good reviews. Now i am not sure if this plasma is full HD 1080p or if it is 720p, however when i have connected it to my new PC via a HDMI cable, the PC says 720p and the picture quality is awful!

I have windows 7 pro on the display and the background wallpaper looks poor, the icons are just dull, and it is no where near as crystal as i thought 🙁

Its really got me down and i dont know what to do? I installed the Intel HD graphics driver which came on my Asus motherboard installation CD, but the resolution is just so poor! Do i need to try connecting with a different cable? Or should i just sell the plasma and get a different monitor?

I wanted this 37 inch plasma because i am making music and a big screen suits my needs more...

Please help with any suggestions

720p spread across a big screen looks worse than across a smaller screen, what more can I say?

You may get a better result using a dedicated graphics card to display to the large screen instead of the integrated.

Try changing the resolution on the PC from 720P to 1080P?

It does say on the reviews of the plasma that it can get 1080i though? Is there any way i can get this setting with my PC connection?
I dont know what to do, maybe download the latest intel HD graphics drivers??

Or maybe try a different connection than the HDMI cable???
