Hey guys, I've got hopefully a quick and simple question here.

Basically, long story short here, I've got Cable Internet for my Desktop and all my other devices and a Linksys Router in which I use Cisco's Network Magic to manage it. However, when I open my Network Magic, it shows that the Internet icon is Red, obviously meaning no connection. Funny part being, I am on my Desktop as I type this and I am connected, as is everyone else in my house. Now normally I would just shrug it off saying "whatever," seeming as how I am connected, but ever since this issue started happening I've noticed dramatic lag spikes when I play online games, stream Netflix, and other various internet activities. Now, I tried to run a auto-repair through the Network Magic multiple times, and it shows that I am connected Local but its not connected to the Internet, yet, I am on both Ethernet and Wireless. Network Magic always finishes the repair by stating it could not be repaired. Now below I will list things I have already tried in order to remedy this situation.

Attempts: Unplug Router 15 Seconds
Unplug Modem 15 Seconds
Unplugged all Ethernet cords 15+ Seconds
Left Modem and Router Unplugged from wall for almost an Hour
Ran Auto-Repairs through Windows and Network Magic
New Ethernet Cords
Called ISP to see if it was something on their end

Ive tried all of those and yet nothing seems to work sadly. Now let me tell you a little about my computer seeming as it may help you to help me

CPU Model: Custom Built by me
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate x64
Processor: Intel Pentium Core 2 Duo 3.06Ghz
RAM: 8GB DDR3
Graphics Card: Nvidia GeForce GT 230
HDD: 1- 320GB and 1- 1TB Secondary

Some of the information may be useless, but I like to be over prepared haha.

Ill also add some Screen Shots as well.

Hope this helps! I really appreciate all the help I can get!

Thanks!

Usually the "internet test" is a simple ping to some server, most likely one from cisco, given there's some instability somewhere in your connection that ping must be failing (most likely not responding in a determined time from the router).

I'd suggest to plug your pc directly to the modem, if problem persists clearly its some issue in your ISP (could be the last mile connection but that's also ISP's concern to fix).

If problem dissapears it could be some bad configuration in the router or some faulty ethernet cable in your network,
