I got on my Xbox One, and it didn't connect me to Xbox Live, I figured it was on Microsofts part, but tested my internet just in case, but it failed to connect and says my DNS was not working. I use wireless, but have never had this problem before, so I got on my laptop and same problem, I was on the network, but with no access, so it's not just my laptop or Xbox. I'm on Windows 7. Please help! Thanks :)

On your PC, if you go to a command prompt at type IPCONFIG, what IP address does it show? If you see a 169.254.xx.xx autoconfiguration address, the router is NOT giving you an IP address. Make sure your router is set up as a DHCP server, so it assigns IP addresses to attached devices. They will most likely be in the range 192.168.xx.xx.
