[SOLVED] Connected to the same Router but Unidentified Network?

Hello.
My laptop's WiFi & Ethernet are connected on the same router. But my Ethernet somehow shown as "Unidentified Network".
I tried to connect with my GF laptop and it was fine. Her laptop connected to Ethernet just fine. But when i tried it with my laptop it doesn't want to connect.
I've Tried

1. /release /renew
2. Netsh winsock
3. Updating Driver
4. Uninstalling Driver
5. Restarting my router
6. Switch another port
   

My DHCP is Disabled because when i Enabled it.
My IP and Subnet Mask will become
169.254.x.x
255.255.0.0

Therefore i had to manually assign my IP

I've tried to disconnect my WiFI and only used Ethernet.
But my Ethernet still shown as Unidentified network.
I can't Connect to internet via Ethernet.

It appears you have 2 ethernet adapters in the machine. The internal one acts like it does not have a cable and the other is a USB ethernet device. It appears to have proper ip and gateway etc.

yeah neither works. I tried to disable on or the other. But still

What is your router´s IP address? Is DHCP disabled (static IP enabled) there too?

Disable the onboard ethernet controller

what happens if you disconnect the USB ethernet adapter?


check windows integrity
open the command prompt as administrator and type DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
