Please help me, my netbook (Acer Aspire One AO722) is connected to a Wi-Fi but I can't get any kind of internet access. This happened about a couple days ago on the latest version of Windows 8.1 and I did a full clean wipe to Windows Technical Preview yesterday and I still can't get any kind of internet access. I tried my house's Wi-Fi and my school's Wi-Fi and it still doesn't work. I tried a lot of solutions online, but they didn't really help out. So I'm hoping you guys can please help me out.

I tried updating and reinstalling it in the Device Manager, and the problem still remains the same.

Okay, so I ran setall.bat and a blank Command Prompt came up and closed. Nothing else happened. So I ran the setup, exe and that worked, but it gave me a Program Compatiblity Troubleshooter. I tried running in compatiblity mode for Windows 7 and Windows 8 but that didn't work out. I also connected my netbook with an ethernet cable and got every single updates from Windows Updates, that didn't fix anything either.

Edit: Okay, it seems that the setup.exe is working now... let's just hope the installation will actually go through.
