Hello,

I've been looking for some information about this topic, but couldn't find exactly what i needed. My question is:

I own a xbox 360 wireless controller and already ordered a receiver to make it work with my computer - this one was easy. But today i saw a chinese-made playstation3-like controller and it is really cheap, so i thought i could get it since i don't want to spend a bunch of money for another 360 controller just for a few games. Would i be able to connect these 2 controllers to my PC and use them at the same time for some Mortal Kombat battles with a friend? (i would appreciate it if someone shared a way how to do it, if it's possible)

1. Xbox360 wireless controller using receiver
2. ESPERANZA Warrior PC EG102 using USB port. (it says it is compatible with PS3, maybe that means PC also understands it as a PS3 controller? if so, connecting these 2 using additional software for ps3 conversion into xb360 controller should not be a problem, right?)

Is there an opportunity to make them work together?

Solution
Yes, I know the controllers you are talking about. There are many many different controllers manufactured in china, they are of substandard quality and I have not seen one last very long, I have also received units with wrongly mapped buttons (i.e. L2 will perform the function of X and/or vice versa). You get what you pay for.

You can hook both up and simultaneously use them. As long as your Game supports multiple controllers you should be okay, if your game does not support then you can download a software - xpadder and configure and map keyboard keys to the controller.

In short, yes they can work together but I can not vouch for the quality of these substandard controller units.

I saw that chinese controller accidently and that was a spontaneous idea to get a second one. I understand the meaning of "substandart quality" which won't last long, but it should be OK for using it once or twice a month.

Your explanation was exactly what i was looking for! Thank You very much! It really helped to make my decision :)
