How to Connect 3pin header of coolermaster megaflow 200mm fan with asus h97pro mb 4pin header? All the case fan headers of the mb has 4pin.
Which would be better to connect with the PSU or the mb?
I want to control the fan speed.

Connect the fan to the motherboard.
Make sure that in BIOS/Monitor menu Chassis Fan 1/2/3 Q-Fan Control is in DC mode.
