Connecting a 220mm fan help

I have an inwin maelstrom case with a side 220mm fan. It has both male and female molex connectors and my psu only has female molex cables, are there any adapters i can get to say, change the female molex to a male?

If the fan has both male and female connectors, and your PSU has female molex connectors, why can't you use the male connectors from the fan to connect to the female connectors from the PSU?
