Connecting a 7" Display as Side-Monitor Help

I have a Legacy L7HM and I just can't find out what the power connection is and how I can use it with my computer if it is even possible:

I'm sure I can get adapters to run from my graphics card (is it possible to run it off my HD4000 simultaneously?) to this port:

You need a DIN splitter cable and it only accepts composit video as input. If you don't have the cable, ask your car audio dealer for it.
