Question Connecting a bluetooth headset microphone to a windows PC

Hi all,
i recently bought Soundmagic E11BT (aptxLL, BT 5. BB 0) headphones which are great. They work with my Iphone and my mac book.
But sadly my office pc cant use its microphone. (I have to skype a lot).
I have a aptx LL bluetooth 5.0 dongle and a mic is shown in the mic devices list. But no sound. Other headsets (via cable) do work.

now the question: How do I get this to work? I did not find any drivers that i had to install. This is the dongle:

is it maybe a dongle that does not support it? Is there a dongle that supports high quality aufio AND a microphone?

If you look at most of the negative reviews on the dongle they are that it's recognized as an audio device by OSs, so will not support microphones.

Someone else will need to recommend a dongle that will work, if it exists.

The weird thing is that my pc says that there is a microphone. But yeah please if anyone has a suggestion for a dongle that can actually deliver microphone with good audio please share it with me

Check whether you can switch profiles between headphones (superb audio) and headset (mono audio plus mike).
