Question Connecting a DELL drive to SATA

I have purchased (inadvertently) a 4TB DELL 3.5" hard drive. To my consternation I realised that the connector is not the normal SATA connector. There appears to be an adapter that will allow me to use this as an external drive. Is there an adapter that will allow me to connect this device internally?
