Connecting a desktop to the internet through a laptop

Ok,i have wifi connection on laptop and i connected to my router also another ethernet cable from router i connected to my desktop and i did bridge the ethernet network and wifi network on laptop the internet works at desktop but the problem is that sometimes it randomly the internet goes off no reason and i don't know why for anymore info leave an comment and thanks.

If I am reading your correctly, what is needed is a wireless access point. This can be practically any wifi router that is set up in a special way. The ethernet from the gateway connects to the APs LAN port, as does the computer. Wireless devices will attach to the APs wifi signal, instead of piping the internet through the computer to it's adapter. While the piping does work, it will not be as stable as a dedicated appliance, as you have found out.
