Connecting a distant computer

Hi,

I have a laptop with internet access of 512 kbps one of my friend in Lebanon uses PC with 100 mbps can I connect his PC to use his internet.

How you will connect to your friend' PC?
If you are connecting over (your slow) Internet, you could use TeamViewer to see / work on his / her PC.

ok once I connect his PC how to use his internet on my laptop.

If you use his internet, it will still go thru your slow internet.
Just setup TeamViewer on both PCs if you want to use his computer with the faster Internet. But you will won't be able to watch smooth video.
