Connecting a fan to fan RGB header ?

Hey everyone. This is probably an odd question but i have litte information on such matters and I have been searching for answer but couldnt find so far. I will buy Asus Prime B350 Plus and it has 2 chassis fan header and 1 fan RGB header. Can i connect a fan to this fan RGB header ? The fan will be 3 pin so if i am able to connect this 3 pin to fan RGB header will i be able to control it using DC mode via Asus Fan Xpert ? Thanks in advance ^^

RGB header is for the LED if you buy RGB led fan then there will be two port one is traditional fan port and other is RGB

I was hoping somehow that rgb header would be fine running a fan :O ^^ Thank you
