Connecting acer laptop with brother wireless printer

For some reason my laptop cannot connect with my wireless printer. The printer is picking up my broadband, as is the laptop - but the printer does not recognise or cannot pick up the printer. I believe that the printer is fine as I am able to print from my ipad, so it must be something with the laptop - does anyone have any ideas?

If you know the IP address of the printer, use the Windows Add Printer... wizard to get it working. It might be defaulting to a different printer.
