[SOLVED] Connecting amp to PC using headphone jack

I want to connect my guitar to my PC. However, my guitar amp only has a 3.5mm headphone out, and so I wanted to know how I could connect my amp to my PC using the headphone jack. What equipment would I need?

my amp is the Fender Frontman 10g

A 3.5mm audio cable, that's what is in the amp, and very likely that is what is in the computer for an input.
