An i5-6200 hp ay503tx laptop with 8gb ddr4 ram running in windows 10.
I would like to connect a gtx 1050ti using the external graphic dock via the PCI-E wifi card slot.

I can't find internal specs for that laptop. But most of the miniPCIe WiFi slots in laptops are PCIe x1. A 1050Ti will probably not perform as well as it could on that. If the laptop has a M.2 PCIe WiFi slot, it may be faster (up to x4).
