Please see the above illustration to help clarify our idea.

We would like everyone working at our secondary office (656ft away) allowed access to our server computer at our main office.

Our internet speeds are abysmal and we can't run an Ethernet cable between the offices.

We need something high speed in order to transfer/access large files daily. Can we accomplish this with 2 long range routers and transfer large files over WiFi?

Can we connect to this "WiFi LAN" and access the server from our secondary office?

Can we maintain our individual internet connections at the same time?

Will having 2 routers on each switch be an issue?

Is there a better solution?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

You could do this. It will require some special setup since you want to keep separate internet access. You might be able to segregate everything with VLANs on the red switches. It might require full layer 3 switches to pull this off.
Mikrotik makes makes some good hardware that can accomplish this pretty easily. As long as you have line-of-sight, you can get almost gigabit speeds. Look at the SXT ac models.
Ubiquiti has some similar hardware.
Both can be a little difficult to set up, but once you get the hang of their configuration, they work quite well for exactly what you need.
