Connecting case fans to PSU

Hi all. I've got a case with two fans, and the motherboard only has one spare after hooking up the CPU. I know you can hook them up to the PSU, but I have no clue what hookups to use. PSU is a Seasonic M12II 520W EVO, and I know there's some kind of fan power splitter, but the pegs on my PSU look like some sort of proprietary thing so I'm not sure if any old splitter would work, and I'd rather not buy the wrong cables until I find something that works. Regular 3 pin fans, btw. Nothing fancy. Thanks!
