Hi all. So basically, I have an FPD1500 screen from an old Gateway computer that I'd like to put to some use - maybe connect it to a Raspberry Pi. It has a female DFP connector on the back and I was just wondering if these components would enable it to correctly work:
DFP male to DVI-D female adapter: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/L-com-DMB-Series-DVI-to-DFP-Adapter-with-DVI-D-Female-DFP-Male-/400480386552?pt=UK_Sound_Vision_Other&hash=item5d3e7dbdf8
DVI-D male to HDMI male cable: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/2M-Metre-HDMI-to-DVI-D-24-1-Pin-HD-Digital-Cable-Lead-for-True-TV-LCD-Sky-BluRay-/111111693583?pt=UK_Computing_Sound_Vision_Video_Cables_Adapters&hash=item19dec5e50f
The DFP to DVI-D is over £30 and they seem pretty rare, so I'd like to know if this setup would work first of all before commiting to buy. Thank you very much for any help.
