Connecting Headphones to TV

Hi there guys!

So I'm looking to set up my standard headphones(3.5mm wired) to my TV however I'm not sure how to achieve this :/. I've attached the picture of the back of the TV below as well as some wire that was given to me. Any advice?

TV seems to have optical audio output. You will need a headphone amp with an built in DAC.

Your TV will have to have a PCM audio setting in the audio output type menu.
