Question Connecting LED fans to PSU

I have a semi modular psu that doesnt have any extra cables to connect the fans. I tried to connect the fans to motherboard but the led doesnt always light up. What cable do i need to connect the fans to the psu and where can i find them?

Either connect fans to motherboard or use standard molex connector.
