Connecting LED Strip ?

Hello,
I have a strip of LED`s which is 5m long and the total volt is 12.
So i want to connect 50 cm of it to my computer !
So my question is ,
How can i connect them, Can i connect them into the PC Case fan pin, and will the voltage then be changed because of 50cm ?

hi,friend,sure,you can cut down 50cm from 5meters LED strips,but you need to ensure that you have the right LED strip connector to connect the LED strips to PC.if RGB LED strips,it have 3 circuits,if single color LED strips,it have one circuit.
