Connecting Molex Power Connector to EVGA 750w G2 Modular Power Supply?

My NZXT Phantom Case has a built in fan controller with a male molex connector meant to provide power.

How do I get power from my SuperNOVA 750 G2 fully modular power supply?

ASRock Z97 EXTREME4 ATX LGA1150 Motherboard

The power supply should have came with 4 molex connectors just plug and play
