Connecting Multiple PWM Fans?

Hello,

I have 16 fans in my Corsair 900D case. My motherboard is the ASUS ROG Maximus IX Hero. I have 2 radiators. A 480 rack on top with push pull configuration and another 480 rack at the bottom in the chassis with 4 fans doing push configuration. 3 Fans at the front and 1 exhaust at the back. They are all PWM Fans but I want to know how to hook up that many fans. I do have a full modular PSU as well.

^Yeah, with such crazy amount of fans, fan controller is only sane solution.
