Connecting PS4 to a display port monitor (G-sync)

Hey guys,

I bought a PS4 and I've played games on TV. But now, i want to connect my PS4 to a computer monitor. (AOC g2460pg, which has a display port connection).

I want something like this:

Can i solve this with active adapters + switchers ? Or how ?
I need the simplest solution.

Based off of your diagram I’m seeing that you want to connect your PS4 to both your monitor and TV and integrate a solution to switch between the two displays should you want to play on the monitor instead of the TV.

Basically you would plug the splitter into your HDMI port on your PS4 and run an HDMI cable to your TV. Then run another HDMI cable to you monitor and use the HDMI to DisplayPort adapter to connect it.
