Connecting to cisco

Hello community;
I'm a bit frustrated with a situation that has gotten the best of me and my patience.I live in a apartment complex and there appears to be two free unsecured Wi-Fi connections,one being Snowmem- guest and Cisco.I've tried to no end it trying to access the password to Cisco. I've been on Tom's more than once trying to find the source of the password. I seen a few that was supposed to be the password and none of them worked.Someone please be kind enough to help me and please use laymen terms as I'm not a techie.Thanks!

That "free" WIFI is somebody's. You will have to ask them for the password. It is setup as a guest network and they control the password.
