connecting to wifi without ethernet h110m-a motherboard

in my network adapters under device manager it only shows a ton of WAN miniports and a Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller which is used for ethernet. is there a way to change it to LAN or not because the motherboard site claims to have a LAN adapter built in

Just install LAN motherboard driver.

You need a PCIE CARD or USB adapter that board doesn't have built in WIFI.

i dont have a cd drive and cant find a wifi adapter that doesnt require one
