Hey guys, I've been doing research around but I can't seem to find a proper answer for my specific headset. I've found forum responses that are similar but not that directly apply to my headset.

Anyways, I was wandering, is there a way for me to connect my Turtle Beach x12's to both my PC and my Xbox One at the same time so that I don't have to switch back and forth whenever I use them? What I mean by this is, is there something that will allow me to press a button and I will be able to both hear and speak in an Xbox live party chat, and then press the button again and be able to both speak and hear in a Skype call. I don't need them to be simultaneous, I just don't want to have to constantly switch out the cables every time I want to use one or the other. Any help is appreciated, thanks.

Used in that S/P Dif socket (Sony/Philips Digital Interconnect Format) you see there...

Any modern amplifier (AV Receiver) nowadays has plenty HDMI ports...

Optical cable (TOS) from PC (If your soundcard is recent enough to handle it!) to Stereo AMP + HDMI cable from X-Box to same Stereo Amp....Finally, Headset's plug into Stereo AMP's....So easy, isnt it?

Now, I don't want to sound like and idiot, but what is the TOS? And do you have any stereo AMPs that fit this solution? The only ones that I can find are for speakers.
