Question Connecting TV Via Bluetooth or SPDIF cable?

I have connected my Fenda 2.1 speakers(14 watts - satellite, 28 watts - subwoofer) to my Mi tv 49" through Bluetooth, will i notice any improvement in sound quality if i connect it through SPDIF?
