Question Connecting usb to monitor w/o?

Am i able to connect a usb to my monitor with some adapter? I got some RGB lights to put on the back but the cord is only 1ft long so i'm wondering if i can do that or if i have to go with a longer usb adapter to connect to my PC?

Ive got an extra HDMI, VGA and DP plug on the back of the monitor but i didnt know if it would mess with the display at all?

Simple answer, no. Your panel does not allow USB devices or USB powered devices to be hooked to it.
