Hey everyone, i need help with my problem that i have.

My internet connection is randomly dropping off.

It started doing most of the time in night time, but later it started dropping in day time too.
In my Router's logs all i can see is, that WAN LED Port is turned off, and a few secs later, turned on. (Archer AX23)
But what i can say, that it's not router's fault, as i've tried other routers, and problem remains.

What i've tried to fix the problem :
Contacting TP-Link support
Switching Ethernet Switch.
Switching routers.
Connecting my PC straight to the Ethernet Switch, bypassing router. (Didn't help, later i've realised, once i've connected router AND my PC to the switch, that router is working fine for 3 days straight, without any drops, only my PC now. But as soon as i connected my PC to the router, instead of straight to switch, it started dropping whole network again.)
Contacting my ISP about the problem, they told me it's not on their side, but on mine.

Important information (Found in "How to Ask for Help...") :
  • Provide us with the make and model of your router - TP-Link Archer AX23
  • Provide us with the make and model of your modem - I don't own a modem, i have switch.
  • Provide us with the exact specifications of your PC - i3 10105f, MSI Z590-A PRO, GTX 1060, VS450, 16GB RAM

As i've mentioned, this problem has been happening for almost 6 months now, and i'm getting tired of it, since it happens literally randomly, it doesn't matter if i'm idling, sleeping, gaming, etc. As soon as my PC is connected to Router, whole network drops, or in another case when i'm connected to switch, my PC only drops connection.
Thanks for any help!

So what is the model of the device you call a switch. What is it connected to. Unless is has a fiber port there must be some kind of modem in the house. Ethernet cable can only go 100 meters and I doubt you live at the ISP office.

Does the router log think it is losing the IP address or is it seeing the wan port go to a down condition. What does the port on the switch look like when it does this do the lights for that port go out.

Switch model is : Mercusys MS108

Switch is connected to straight to satellite, also ISP says it's known as "TDMA".
In router's log all i can see that it's turning it's WAN LED off, and a few seconds later on. And on the other side on switch, the port's light is still on.

Also my ISP is called "GBS Net" it's a local provider here in Slovakia

So this is some kind of wireless connection between your house and the ISP. Many times the box with the wireless radios is a router so you can hook multiple things to it.

Do you know if it is actually satellite or could it be connecting to a cell tower. TDMA is a term many times used with cell networks, but I guess it could be a satellite.

If you lose the wan light but the port lights stay on it is not a simple hardware failure. For whatever reason the router is losing connectivty with the ISP network.
When you have a radio connection in the path this tends to be the most common failure. What is very strange is that when you plug in directly you do not lose your connection, then again it might be random and you just did not see it.

Have you ever tried plugging mulitple pc into the switch do both function at the same time. The reason for this question is if the ISP device is a modem only 1 device will get a IP so you must solve the router problem. If multiple devices work you could use your archer just for wifi by setting it to bridge/ap mode.

Thanks for reply, into confirming your question, yes we do have a satellite TDMA. I've already contacted my ISP, and they said that they will come and look at it closer, and i will give them info like you said. I will reply later if they've fixed it.
