Currently using AOL broadband at the moment but am thinking of switching over to BT Infinity as my current broadband is just too slow.
However, I wonder if someone could help me out first before I make the switch, my internet has been dropping on and off since 2013, it will stay on for a while and then the internet light will go off for 5-10 minutes then come back on, sometimes it rarely happens and then it's quite frequent.
Is it something to do with the wiring in the house perhaps? I tired different filters etc but it still plays up, it has affected my phone line also as now I can hardly hear the dial tone?
Something BT could fix or would I need someone else to do it?
