Question Connection not private, ERR_CERT_DATE_INVALID

This happens on most (not all) websites even though the certificate is valid. (sometimes i can click advance sometimes not). I've spent weeks going through every website possible for solutions, i've cleared SSL ive reset and updated all clocks, ive updated BIOS and checked clocks, Ive uninstalled all other apps and done a fresh install of windows 10, Ive gone from ETH Cable connection to a new ASUS wifi one, Ive installed a completely new drive and installed windows 11 on it with nothing else, I still get the same issue on any browser, chrome, brave, edge... Today I had BT come out and install a new hub.. still same issue... help

try changing dns server on your modem 8.8.8.8 for ipv4
then reboot router (to make sure new dns gets applied to devices)
