Good afternoon,
I have recently switched from a copper connection to FTTP
My network set up looks like this - FTTP (940Mbps) connection (Cat6) to 1Gb WAN port on ASUS AX88U
I have my laptop - MSI Raider GE78 connected to the router via its 2.5Gb LAN port using Cat5e connected to the AX88U 1Gb LAN port
A speed test using Ookla shows a 940Mbps connection
When I come to download games/programs, regardless of the client I use (Steam, Xbox, Blizzard, EA etc) I only get a maximum of 10MB/s. With a 940Mbps connection I should be seeing around 100MB/s
So far I have:
Any ideas what i could try next ?

So far I have:
- Reset all the Hardware,
- Tried both Wifi and Ethernet
- Tried various clients but still only get a maximum of 10MB/s
- Both network card and router show a Gb connection
- I have switched off QoS packet scheduler on the network cards and there is no QoS set up on the AX88U
