Hello guys,

this issue probably was posted here many times, please bear with me as I dont have patience to search through the forums due to high workload in my private time.

We have two laptops at home, one router and a wifi connection. Once I connect with my laptop, the internet connection of both laptops in the house crashes, it becomes an on an off back and forth kind of a crash connect crash connect issue.

Did anyone experience this? I am trying to find out the root cause of this. I even dont know where to look.

Please help.

Thank you!

you might start cmd.exe on both machines and run
ipconfig.exe /all

and compare the results and make sure they do not both get the same ip address. if they do then the router configuration should be changed to provide a ip address range.

I checked the Ipv4 address it is not the same, but today the issue still happened.

I havent checked Mr. Spock advice yet, whether the router is configured as access point. If i type in my ip adress in the browser to access router configuration, it doesnt seem there is a choice between access point and router mode.
