Connection to pc automatically with msra command in cmd prompt

I'm having issues connecting automatically to a computer by computer name.
msra /offerra <computername>
I put "msra /offerra <AndyDesktop>" which should connect me automatically, but it isn't working.
Does anyone know what I am doing wrong?

Turn off your firewall temporarily for both computers and try again. If it works, turn your firewall back on and add an exception for remote desktop connections
