Question Connection was reset ? Help

guys everyday at specific time , when I go surfering in the internet I see some website cannot be accessed by telling ( Connection was reset ) .
Despite those websites work fine but at specific time I cannot access them . Why ? I turned off ANti-Virus , checked my internet and router , went through CMD by flushing DND and stuff and nothing happened . any solution for that pls ?

Router sir and it's mine and I am the admin of it , so why is that happening ? I was just surfering on some website for hours and abruptly they just stopped working and giving me ( Connection was reset ) and it happens everyday at the same hour .
